1. The concrete mixer is enormous (4m x 3m x 2.8m) and complex in shape, requiring a highly sophisticated 3D scanner.
2. The scanning shaft hole needs to be inserted into the concrete mixer's interior for scanning; the internal space is confined, making machine rotation difficult.
3. Xinjiang's harsh weather, with temperatures dropping to below -20 degrees Celsius, also poses challenges to machine operation.

2. 3D Scanning

The traditional solution involved manual measurement, repeated adjustments, and rough calculations, which was neither efficient nor accurate and could not meet market requirements. 3. Three-Dimensional Inspection
The acquired three-dimensional data of the horizontal shaft hole of the concrete mixer can be imported into the inspection software to quickly detect the differences between the (CAD) model of the horizontal shaft hole of the concrete mixer and the manufactured part of the product. The differences can be displayed with intuitive and easy-to-understand graphical comparison results. The software can perform detailed analysis of the features of the horizontal shaft hole of the concrete mixer, and can also capture and reflect the shape and position deviations of the cross-section.
